At this time, we consider all purchases to be final. 

Due to the fragile nature of what we sell, we do not accept returns; however, if your item arrives damaged, please see our Shipping Insurance Policy here and follow the directions.

Please note that we use professional photography equipment to take photos for the website the majority of the time, which includes using full spectrum lighting to emulate direct sunlight for indoor shots.  The color and saturation of crystals look different on every monitor, so please understand to capture the best possible shot we use our full spectrum lighting on almost every item posted.  Photos are quality checked and if something looks off, we will retake the photo with adjustments to lighting.  If you have any questions, please use on of the methods below to contact us.
